Donna has over 20 years of litigation experience including trial, arbitration and mediation. She frequently represents clients in administrative hearings related to employment and unfair labor charges. Donna has assisted and advised clients on discipline issues and worked with them to develop policies and procedures related to critical employment issues and compliance with state and federal employment laws. Donna is also experienced in conducting and managing work-place investigations pertaining to employee misconduct, harassment and discrimination. Donna has successfully trained thousands of employees and managers on a variety of topics, including performance management, supervisory skills, ethics, team building and the prevention of workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
In addition to her legal and training background, Donna has private sector management experience as a service division director for a Fortune 200 company. In that capacity, she was responsible for commercial regulatory compliance, contract review and analysis and policy maintenance. Donna implemented many improvements in the company's policies and procedures and provided training for staff and clients.
Donna is currently an instructor for the California State University, Fullerton, Leadership and Human Resources Management programs.
