Matthew advises and represents clients in all aspects of labor, employment and education law.
Matthew is experienced in representing local agencies and school districts in such areas as employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, terminations and discipline, and constitutional issues. He advises clients regarding matters involving the Brown Act and the Public Records Act, and represents them in proceedings before the PERB, the DFEH and the EEOC. Matthew works with school districts in handling certificated and classified employee layoff and disciplinary matters.
